Payment INFORMATION
what is a term?
A "Term" is defined as 12 sessions; some of our courses are 1 session per week, meaning it is simply 1 payment every 3 months approximately.
Other courses are 2 sessions a week, meaning much quicker progress in learning, and so they would be 1 simple payment after every 6 weeks of tuition.
course fees
Adult courses are £74.95 per 12-session term (working out at just £6.25/1-hour class).
Young learner courses are £69.95 per 12-session term (working out at just £5.83/1-hour class)
Fees are calculated upon 12-session terms and due upon registering for a course, we are unable to offer class-by-class payments.

We offer discounts if multiple Terms are paid at once in advance on our Adult Learner courses:
→ Pay for 1 Term: £74.95 (£6.25/class)
→ Pay for 2 Terms: £144.95 (£6.04/class)
→ Pay for 3 Terms: £209.95 (£5.83/class)
→ Pay for 4 Terms: £274.95 (5.73/class)
With our Young Learner courses we offer a discount for siblings:
→ 2 siblings enrolling: £64.95 each
→ 3 siblings+ enrolling: £59.95 each.
our policies
Tutor Absence
If the tutor is late logging on – regardless of fault – whether it be technical issues with the Internet, or otherwise, that time will always be made up, the student never pays for missed time.
Students are required to wait a period of 15 minutes, if the tutor has been unable to log-on by then, they have the right to log-off and the class will be automatically postponed & rescheduled.
If the tutor must postpone a class altogether, that will be communicated to all students.
student absence
Our courses and payment plans are organised upon terms, student numbers, and tutor scheduling, as such student absences from set courses cannot be refunded upon commencement of a term.
If a student misses any classes for any reason, that is no problem because we will make the recordings of those missed classes available to them.
Requirements
All student will require access to a device with an Internet connection as all our classes are held via Skype typically. The camera is not a necessity, however useful and optional for students if required on occasions, especially with younger learner classes.
A Paypal account is also required as that is our method of payment acceptance – on rare occasions of necessity we may accept direct bank transfer or other means of payment, feel free to enquire.
